Board of Directors
Except as to matters reserved to Owners by law or by these Bylaws, the corporate powers of the Co-op shall be exercised by the authority of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall manage the business and affairs of the Co-op and make necessary rules and regulations consistent with the Bylaws. The Board of Directors is responsible for hiring the Market Manager who will have charge of the business of the Co-op under the direction of the Board, but will not be a Board Director. Directors will assist the Market Manager. The Board will create the annual Co-op budget with the assistance of the Manager.
